Worldwide Shipping
PeniBlu LLC proudly offers worldwide shipping. Shipping prices vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. -
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days for both domestic and international destinations. -
Estimated Shipping Times

Domestic Orders (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipping.

International Orders: 2–4 weeks, depending on destination country and customs processing.

Processing Time: Preorders may take 4–8 weeks to process before shipping.

Chargebacks: Customers acknowledge that preorder payments are final. Any chargebacks initiated before the 8-week processing period has concluded will be considered invalid and disputed by PeniBlu LLC.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. -
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, all customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check with your local customs office for more details. -
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. PeniBlu LLC is not liable for packages delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. -
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. PeniBlu LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control. -
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at peniblu.btb@gmail.com.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Resolution may include a replacement or claim filing with the carrier, depending on circumstances.

No P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout. -
Changes to Orders
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that updates to the shipping address or order details can be made. If you need changes, please contact us immediately at peniblu.btb@gmail.com. -
Responsibility for Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, PeniBlu LLC is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.-
Customers should ensure a secure delivery location.
