Is the $15 design deposit refundable? +
No, the $15 deposit is non-refundable because it immediately initiates 3D custom mockups with your graphic designer. 100% ($15) is credited to your bulk production invoice.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? +
Our standard minimum order is only 25 pieces per style, which can be split across any standard size run (XS to 3XL).
How fast will I receive my 3D design mockup? +
You will receive your 3D digital mockup within 48 to 72 hours after submitting your $15 deposit. Two rounds of free revisions are included to dial in colors, sizing, and placements.
What if I don't have finished graphics or vector artwork? +
No problem at all! You can submit sketches, phone photos, Canva files, or even just written text. Our design team will convert and optimize your concepts for professional screen printing and embroidery.
What is total turnaround time from approval to delivery? +
Standard production takes 10 to 14 business days following your final mockup approval. Expedited rush production is available for time-sensitive conferences and events.
